All this while, KOSÉ SEKKISEI has been creating its sunscreens range using its own formulation that provides both UV protection and skincare benefits such as hydration, softness, clarity and smoothness. And now, this Japanese skincare brand has improved its formulation to provide even greater protection against skin damage such as dryness, roughness and dark spots with an extraordinary lightweight texture.
A number of gentle Asian herbs have been included in the new formula. One of them is Job’s tears plant which is well-known for its remarkable healing effects against dryness and acne, where its seeds were fermented to boost antioxidant effects for even more protection against dryness. Angelica Acutiloba was also included for antibacterial, brightening and moisturising effects, and Melothria Heterophylla (White Lotus) extract to inhibit the growth of melanin.
All of the new sunscreen products are made of sebum absorption ingredients which able to absorb excess sebum, making them ideal as a makeup base for makeup to last longer.
SEKKISEI UV Milk SPF50+/ PA++++ (RM102/60g)
A waterproof and sweatproof serum-based UV milk that prevents pigmentation damage caused by dryness, roughness and sun exposure. Its Powder UV protection ingredient turns to a rich milk lotion that spreads easily to adhere to skin. Plant-based and water-based ingredients deliver additional moisture to further protect skin as they absorb quickly without any stickiness.
SEKKISEI UV Gel SPF50+/ PA++++ (RM108/90g)
A light water-resistant serum-based UV gel with the same plant-based and water-based ingredients to prevent pigmentation damage caused by dryness, roughness and sun exposure. Its UV protection ingredient is encased in ultra-small capsules that form with a smooth gel to break upon contact and penetrate quickly into skin without any stickiness, forming a moisturising veil that feels light and non-sticky on skin.

Comes in a smooth gel texture, this UV protector glides easily on your skin. It brightens and corrects skin tone for a natural glow with the lavender hue universally corrects all skin tones . Formulated with 100% minerals to prevent acne. Suitable for sensitive skin.
SEKKISEI UV Stick SPF50+/ PA++++ (RM85/20g)
A smooth stick-type sun protector great for easy application and quick touch-ups on light makeup thanks to its light, smooth-spreading oil ingredient. Protecting skin from dryness, roughness and dark spots caused by sun exposure, it helps keep skin clear and moisturised while UV protection ingredients prevent damages caused by UV rays, dryness, dust and dirt.
