Kuala Lumpur top shopping destination Pavilion KL launched a joyous Deepavali celebration to commemorate this year’s Festival of Lights.
Dubbed ‘Beauty in Unity’, the celebration showcases a Deepavali beauty bazaar which brings shoppers some beauty brands in the mall. Added to that, a massive kolam design by 120 students from Raffles College will be displayed in the middle of Pavilion KL centre court, from today till October 30.
The colourful kolam boasted intricate patterns, representing the harmonious relationship of different races in Malaysia’s multicultural society.
“Beauty in Unity is a fitting theme for us this year as we celebrate how differing festivities like the Festival of Lights brings Malaysians from all walks of life and races together in a harmonious way,” said Kung Suan Ai, Director of Marketing from Pavilion KL. “This year, we are pleased to present our first kolam in the Centre Court of the mall and we thank our beauty partners for joining us on this celebration. As an award-winning mall, we will continue to present bigger and more unique experiences to our shoppers that set us apart from the rest.”
