While Tedboy Bakery is best known for their gourmet sandwiches and freshly baked buns, their newly released afternoon tea set are not to be missed.
Last week, we were invited to try out the afternoon set, giving us a sneak peek to what they have to offer.
The Tedboy Afternoon Tea for Two set comes with five types of savoury and five types of sweets in pairs, specially curated to enchant and tantalise your taste buds. The tea set is certainly not a traditional British high tea, but you get a lot of variety in return.
As you can see from the pictures below, their rendition of a perfect afternoon comes on a massive wooden board for sharing.
Here are the five types of savories and sweets we were served.
- Mini croissant with tuna & egg
- Mini charcoal burger with homemade chicken patty
- Tomato salsa bruschetta with pesto and melted cheese
- Mango and tuna bruschetta with capers
- Smoked salmon & cream cheese on wholemeal bread
- Red velvet with raspberry cream cheese
- Cream cheese tart with raspberry
- New York Cheese Cake
- Double Chocolate Cake / Banana Walnut Cake
- Tiramisu in shooter glass
The Tedboy Afternoon Tea for Two is priced at RM50+ for two pax with two drinks (any coffee/tea from their a la carte menu).
The tea set is highly recommended for family as well with children as the items in this set are in mini or small bites, suitable for anyone who would like to try a bit of everything, without having to order only one type (of one meal).
