New year calls for more newness and we’ve got a sneak peek on the exciting releases during the annual Sephora Spring 2018 Press Day that was held at Menara Obyu, Damansara Perdana yesterday. FYI, most of the new products and launches are heading to Sephora stores around February to March 2018!
Since there are so many brands, here are some of the highlights of what you can expect this Spring! All we can say is to get your cash and carts ready because you won’t be able to resist these!
At the Skincare Bar, we were taken through an 11-step Cleansing Routine with some products recommendations to complete it.
As for skincare, brands such as Fresh, Dr.Jart+, Kate Somerville, Glamglow (A GLITTER YOUTHMUD MASK!), For Beloved One, a new brand called Wei which applies Chinese traditional herbs in their formulation, and more brands have something new to complete your skincare routine and give you even better skin this year.
Dr.Jart+ brought it a new hydration range, Water Fuse which has a lightweight texture that’s refreshing and perfect for our weather. And there’s a new pink tint UV sunscreen that helps to brighten your complexion too.
Boscia is bringing in a really fun take on skincare with a Jelly Ball cleanser and a limited edition Luminizing Pink peel-off mask!
Fresh Beauty adds a new mask to its Lotus range and after testing this on our hands for just 5 minutes, we can really see a difference on our skin. It was brighter, softer and smoother.
And the most exciting part, makeup! Our personal favourite will be Cover-FX’s Glitter Drops, Too Faced Gold Chocolate Bar Palette, NAILSINC London’s Unicorn nail polishes, Tarte’s Tartelette Palette in Toast, Zoeva’s Opulence Collection, and many more colourful shimmery, metallic releases.

Becca Cosmetics have a new Undereye Primer and Powder along with some beautiful limited edition highlighters.
NAILSINC London new polishes are so pretty, the Caffeine Hit collection actually leaves a faint coffee scent once it dries down and for their makeup range which is only available on Sephora Online Store is also introducing new highlighters to its range.
Nudestix released a new roller eyeliner and new shades to its lip pencil range for Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year. Hourglass is bringing in their Vanish highlighter sticks and eyebrow gel. Smashbox Cosmetics is bringing a lot of new shades to its liquid lipsticks range from mattes to metallics, along with a new foundation stick that comes with a matching contour shade, and a mascara, eyeliner and face palette.
Tarte Cosmetics Tartelette palette in Toast is making its way here too along with the Chrome Paint Pots which has amazing pigmentation and blendability, and a Lip Metallic Paint. Not forgetting some limited edition palettes for the face and eyes too!
With real gold infused, Too Faced Chocolate Gold collection is taking makeup to the next glam level.
As for haircare, Botanist adds 3 new styling products to their range that smells delicious like the rest of their products. There are 2 new brands joining Sephora as well such as Aquis, Christoph Robin, and Rita Hazan.
