Lancôme unveiled its biggest boutique in Southeast Asia this Monday at Mid Valley Megamall. The opening saw media, influencers and guests flock to the new boutique to suss out the spanking new 940sqft boutique.
On ground to host and officiate the event were Malek Bekdache – Managing Director of L’Oreal Malaysia & Singapore, Chua Sher Le – General Manager of Lancôme, Jasmine Ku – Retail Director of Lancôme, Jennie Ma – General Manager of Luxe Division L’Oréal Malaysia and Daniel Chong – CEO of Mid Valley Megamall. Present at the event were also Lancôme’s exclusive partners – Zahirah Macwilson and Venicemin who joined in on officiating the boutique.
The new design concept was well-received as guests were given a tour of the boutique. The three service rooms were also a pleasant surprise as they acted as secret doorways to heaven. The Lancôme Institute Facial Cabine – the first ever within a Lancôme boutique, offering signature Lancôme services was a definite winner during the launch. Guests were thrilled to find a facial cabin within a boutique.
Exuding a sleek futuristic outlook, guests were transported to a different world when they walked through the doors to this cosy space that is designed to pamper. Lancôme Institute Facial Cabine offers signature facials that follow the rhythm of soft music playing in the background with each facial step. The screen of Paris that alternates from day to night as the facial service progresses, sets one in the perfect mood for relaxation. It is also important to note that the beauticians that offer their services are trained only by the Master in France.
The boutique was officially launched with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a lion dance in shocking pink specially fashioned for the event. The crowd not only had the opportunity to experience the boutique by trying Lancôme’s iconic products but also the great services it offers. Guests enjoyed champagne and canapes while they mingle aptly capping the event.
