When it comes to Bridal makeup, a fresh dewy skin with natural eye makeup is the best to bring out your natural beauty. It’s also the runway look created by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics during Bridal Fashion Week 2018. Find out how you can recreate the same dewy skin look from the Marchesa Bridal show and, voluminous lashes from the Jenny Packham & Carolina Herrera show, created by Bobbi Brown Makeup Artists, Cassandra Garcia, and Rasa Janukaitis.
Backstage At Marchesa Bridal: Dewy Skin
To achieve this fresh natural look created by Bobbi Brown Makeup Artist, Cassandra Garcia, prep skin with Extra Treatment Lotion, follow with Extra Repair Moisture Cream to further moisturize and to create a dewy finish. Next, apply Intensive Skin Serum Concealer under the eyes to cover any darkness and corrector, if needed. Then, use a full coverage brush to apply Skin Foundation Cushion Compact SPF35 for even coverage. Continue to spot the complexion as needed with a Skin Tone Correct Retouching Wand for a flawless finish. For eyes, prime lids with Malted Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick. Then line eyes with Golden Pink Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick to achieve an illuminated halo effect. Follow with a thin, tight line of Black Ink Long Wear Gel Eyeliner applied closely to lashes to define eyes. Finish off the look with Smokey Eye Mascara for soft feathery lashes. In the center of the lips press Crimson Rich Lip Color for a bitten look.
Backstage At Jenny Packham & Carolina Herrera: Rockstar Lashes
During Jenny Packham’s Bridal Fashion Show, Bobbi Brown Makeup Artist, Cassandra Garcia first prepped the skin with the hydrating face cream and hydrating eye cream. Follow with the Skin Foundation Stick for a skin like finish with even coverage. To achieve this bright-eyed, mascara filled look, start by applying vanilla long wear cream shadow stick. Intensify the look by layering white eyeshadow on top to create a dense white line around the entire eye. For this look, false lashes was added, but to replicate it without them, apply eye-opening mascara to get volume and length while also giving your bridal look an edge.
Bobbi Brown Makeup Artist, Rasa Janukaitis, created a classic pretty bridal look during Carolina Herrera’s show. A base shade was used all over to neutralize any discoloration, brows were naturally defined and the lashes were curled and defined with 3 coats of mascara.
