Nothing epitomizes the ‘80s better than the illustrations of Patrick Nagel. Influenced by the Patrick Nagel’s 80’s poster art illustrations, Urban Decay is bringing 2 limited edition Vice Lipstick palettes which feature some of Nagel’s most iconic prints on the cover!
Shaped by the birth of MTV, the popularity of music videos like Duran Duran’s “Girls on Film,” and the emergence of the supermodel, Patrick Nagel’s work portrayed strong, badass women—always wearing bold lipstick. Perhaps best known for his illustration for Duran Duran’s second album, Rio, Nagel’s work paid tribute to the rise of confident, powerful women who weren’t afraid to go after what they wanted.
Each palette holds five shades of Vice Lipstick coming in different finishes such as Mega Matte, Comfort Matte, Cream, and Metallized, plus, cult favourites to exclusive shades you won’t find anywhere else. Perfect for on-the-go as each palette comes with a lip brush, a special stairstep effect that’s perfect for wiping any excess lipstick off the brush (and keeping the lipstick in its compartment, not all over the palette). When you’re done applying, flip the attached cover on top of the lipstick wells to keep the shades protected and the compact free of messes. Supposedly there are 3 limited edition palettes but Sephora is only bringing in 2 palettes for Malaysia, which makes it more limited!
The Sunglasses and Untitled Nagel Vice Lipstick palettes are coming to Urban Decay stores starting tomorrow, 1st November 2017 and if I were you, I’ll make a run to the nearest one stat!
