YSL Beauté, the global luxury beauty brand, marked a glamorous entry into Malaysia with the opening of its newest boutique at The Exchange TRX. The launch event, held on the evening of January 24th, was a star-studded affair, attracting beauty enthusiasts and fans alike. The boutique’s interior, adorned with white and black marble walls and flooring, captures the brand’s luxurious and edgy DNA, creating a space that embodies boldness and confidence.
The design, a fusion of white and black marble with accents of gold, silver, and luminous lines, not only adds a sleek touch to the space but also enhances the overall shopping experience. The all-new marble retail environment strikes a perfect balance between fashion and comfort, reflecting YSL Beauté’s commitment to pushing boundaries in both style and substance.
The celebratory occasion saw Mark Tuan of GOT7 making a special guest appearance, adding excitement to the event. Fans eagerly lined up since 10 a.m. to catch a glimpse of the accomplished artist, who, based in Los Angeles, has garnered immense popularity not only as a member of the Kpop group GOT7 but also as a successful solo artist with a massive following on Instagram.
The boutique’s opening ceremony was graced by YAM Tengku Zatashah binti Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, Mark Tuan, Meerqeen – YSL Beauté Malaysia Ambassador, Trevor Hill – General Manager The Exchange TRX, and Zaireen Ibrahim – YSL Beauté & Armani Beauty General Manager MY & SG, who officiated the event with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
As part of the celebration, YSL Beauté introduced its latest male fragrance, MYSLF, on January 25th, 2024. MYSLF, an eau de parfum, is designed to symbolise the contemporary evolution of masculinity. The MYSLF fragrance is a finely crafted scent that blends the woody fragrance family with floral notes. The heart of the fragrance features orange blossom, offering a clean and radiant scent, complemented by bergamot for added luminosity. AmbrofixTM, a 100% natural biotech material derived from sugar cane, brings modern woody ambery vibes, and Indonesian patchouli heart adds warmth and richness to the signature orange blossom accord.
