Joining the increasing list of Korean beauty products in Malaysia, Moonshot, a cosmetic brand under the YG Entertainment umbrella, has now opened its first outlet in Malaysia at Sunway Pyramid.
The brand continues to roll along its expansion plans to open two more outlets in Malaysia, including one in 1Utama and in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
The reasoning behind the name Moonshot is inspire by mankind’s first landing on the moon in 1969. It also holds the meaning of breaking away from the conventions of the cosmetic world, and taking on new challenges.
2NE1’s Sandara Park and BIGBANG’s G-Dragon, were previously appointed as brand ambassadors for the global makeup brand. BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa are the latest Kpop idols to endorse YG Entertainment’s Moonshot.
