More nut and fruit options will be added to the selection soon.
Packed in beautifully designed re-sealable zipper bags the Nature’s Heart range come in 60 to 80g, sufficient for up to two servings. You can reseal the bag to better control portion, and to keep the contents fresh.
Research studies show that people who eat a handful of nuts every day live longer than those who do not eat them at all over the 30-year follow-up period. So go ahead and go nuts for a nutty goodness. The extensive range of nuts and dried cranberries of Nature’s Heart is certified ‘Halal’ by JAKIM and sold exclusively at Guardian stores and online.
