We’re stoked whenever there are new healthy eating spots and yesterday we saw the launch of Kurin, a new grab ‘n’ go healthy food spot for Deliciously Fit meals at NU Sentral.
From nutritious poke bowls, salads, soba noodles, sushi donut, sandwiches and their star dish, the Pokeritto which is a combination of a poke and burrito, expect the freshest of ingredients, speedy service and decently priced eats that you can just grab ‘n’ go or have it delivered to your office or home (scroll to the bottom to see the delivery coverage areas).
You can customize your Pokeritto, Poke bowl and Salad to your preference either you want a rice or greens base and the meat options you can choose from are Salmon, Tuna, and Grilled Chicken. Then, pick your sauce from options such as Wasabi Mayo, Spicy Mayo (A sriracha version), Ponzu Fresh (citrus infused soy), Teriyaki (with no mirin), and Classic (Shoyu-sesame oil).
The Sushi Donut is pretty unique and balanced compared to its sugary cousins.
The chia seed puddings with granola from Amazing Grace and fresh berries and bananas are pretty yummy too.
Salmon sashimi lovers will have a field day with this box set of Fresh Salmon and Torched Salmon sushi, edamame and Salmon sashimi.
A meal is not complete without some fresh juices from The Cool.
There are sandwiches, soups, quinoa and many more options available on their grab ‘n’ go shelves too.
Guests were treated to a DIY Pokeritto session during the launch as well.
If raw meat is not your thing, Kurin offers torched Tuna, Salmon and Tofu which we think is a more delicious option. We went for the Torched Salmon and Torched Tofu for our Poke bowl.
