Breast cancer survivors, ash be nimble has heard you and has created the DESIREE Racerback High Support Sports Bra, their first sports bra which comes in size XL and, is prosthesis-friendly while providing high-support too so you can workout comfortably. Created in conjunction to #PINKOCTOBER in support of breast cancer awareness, this prosthesis friendly sports bra comes in sizes from XS to XL with two different colours, black and gray. Plus, removing it is easier thanks to the bra hooks.
“In tribute to, and inspired by Desiree from Pink Ribbon Kota Kinabalu, Borneo, she went the extra mile & tracked the ash be nimble team down during our visit in August 2016. She inspired us to make affordable sports bras which are prosthesis friendly for mastectomy patients. Desiree passed away in September 2016 so we’ve named these sports bras in her honour. We want to make sure that everyone has appropriate and affordable workout wear, especially brave survivors of breast cancer who are keen to get active,” said Hui Mathews, founder and designer of ash be nimble.
They will be creating more sports bras that will be prosthesis-friendly and those will come in the pink ash be nimble fox logo to make it easier to differentiate. Now more strong women can stay active in style without breaking the bank.
