The grand finale of Test of Will 2017, the ultimate urban fitness challenge organised by U.S. high performance sportswear label Under Armour, concluded last weekend, with male winner Michael Mogard of Brunei and female winner Jemima Djatmiko of Indonesia snagging the championship title, walking away with a total of MYR8,000 each in cash prize.
Held at Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur, the grand final had 12 national representatives across six nations competing for the title of Champions of Test of Will 2017. These contestants emerged from a pool of close to 2,000 participants for the opportunity to represent their country to compete in a series of training challenges that emphasize on power, strength, agility, endurance and stamina.
The actual fitness challenges include 8 rounds of will testing challenges from Vertical Leap, Bodyweight Bench Press, Burpess Over Box, Airdyno Bike, Battle Rope Double Slams, Over Hurdies, Military Tire Drill, Ladder Drill on Hands, Suicide Sprint, Slam Ball Over Shoulder, Strick Pull-up, Metric Mile, Car Pull, Goblet Squats, Kettle Ball Swings, and Sand Bag Lunge Walk.
