Nestlé just unveiled their latest drinks named Nestlé Omega Plus® Milk with Oats, a breakfast drink which combined action of two naturally-derived cholesterol-lowering ingredients called Acticol® and Beta-glucan.
According to the official statement, Acticol® has been scientifically proven to block cholesterol from entering the blood bloodstream. Simultaneously, Acticol® works with Beta-glucan from oats that binds with cholesterol in the gut and eliminates it from our body. Hence, “The Power of Two”helps consumer manage cholesterol levels more effectively, compared to the consumption of oats alone.
“With a fast-paced lifestyle and a strong food culture, more and more Malaysians are developing unhealthy habits which ultimately lead to cardiovascular issues,” said Ng Su Yen, Business Executive Manager, Milks of Nestlé Malaysia, speaking at the launch event held at One World Hotel in Bandar Utama today.
She continued, “With this new product, we want to help Malaysians make effortless adjustments to their everyday routines for better overall health. As an advocate of heart health, we want to empower Malaysians to take consistent and pro-active steps to ensure a wholesome and worry-free long life.”
Nestlé Omega Plus® Milk with Oats comes in convenient single serve sachets – consuming the recommended two servings per day becomes effortless as you can slip the sachets into your work or gym bag and have it anytime of the day.
