The recent release of the film version of the international bestseller Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy has caused quite a ruckus. The Malaysia Censorship Board had even gone as far as banning the film from being screened in the country, leaving fans who were desperately anticipating it utterly disappointed. Few days ago, it was even announced that the Home Ministry is taking it one step further by banning the highly controversial S&M-themed trilogy, a whole three years after it has been so widely distributed in major bookstores nationwide.
The funny people at TheFineBros has recently released a video that depicts how older members of the society react when they are shown the trailer of the movie, as well as being asked to read excerpts from the book. And the end result is hilarious.
All we can say is that, this very insightful video gives us a glimpse at how the Malaysian authority probably reacted to the movie, which lead to them eventually banning it from reaching our shore.
