A brand new English-language online lifestyle channel, hurr.tv was officially launched this Wednesday night at Live House Kuala Lumpur. Based on fully original content featuring local celebrities, talents and local personalities, hurr.tv which stands for hip, urban, relevant and real television, offers the latest in fashion, fitness, food, lifestyle and contemporary issues.
Former Miss Malaysia Universe cum host-actor-model, Elaine Daly is the mastermind behind the channel. She helms the channel by leading the team in developing new, inspiring and exciting content on a weekly basis.
According to Elaine, hurr.tv was conceived in February this year as a result of the huge demand for quality and home-grown original content from lifestyle topics to food, fashion and fitness. “We focus on all things hip and trendy in Kuala Lumpur. We offer bite-sized video clips for youth on the go, especially for those who have no time to watch television, and much prefer the comfort of your mobile phones and tablets,” she added.
A Variety of Shows Line-Up
Currently, viewers can expect a line-up of 11 segments consisting of five new episodes uploaded weekly, viewable on their internet-connected devices including smartphones and tablets. hurr.tv welcomes feedback from its viewers, on which celebrities they would like to watch or places they would like to see, and activities and latest happenings they would like hurr.tv to cover.
