Nadira Adnan, aged 19, has released a new song titled ‘Cinta Datang Dan Pergi’ which is a duet with Al Ghazali, the son of Ahmad Dhani – a famous Indonesian musician.
What’s particularly interesting, is that this song was created and produced by Ahmad Dhani, and he did so especially for Nadira and his son. The song represents Ahmad Dhani’s interpretation of love, and all the various feelings that comes with it, and also includes hints of Nadira’s experience. It’s a vocal delight and the combination of Nadira and Al Ghazali’s voices make the song melodious and meaningful for couples who are in love.

Nadira’s determination to be recognised as a singer in Indonesia and Malaysia is not just a dream, and is slowly becoming a reality. What more, with the support she now has from the famous singer Ahmad Dhani, whose name alone is enough to make this hot news – but he has gone a step further, and produced two songs for her.
Glenn Fredly also collaborated in one of the RnB style songs titled “Love Will Find A Way” on Nadira’s album, and the music video was filmed in a few countries such as England, France and Holland.

To ensure Nadira’s vocal quality is tapped into and continues to showcase her best, an Indonesian legend, Vina Panduwinata was appointed as her vocal mentor. Furthermore, Vina herself was involved during the entire recording process of Nadira’s album.
According to Nadira, Vina’s involvement was not just limited to a vocal mentor, but Vina was also a source of her inspiration for her music.
“Mama Ina taught me and observed my character. She has never forced me to be somebody else. Everything that was taught by Mama Ina is very effective. For me, her Mama Ina’s voice is beautiful,” said Nadira, praising Vina Panduwinata.
Together with PT.Royal Prima Musikindo, Nadira hopes that her song can be accepted by music lovers in Malaysia and Indonesia, and also all over the world.

Nadira was born in London, England on 7 September 1997. She lived in Kuala Lumpur until she graduated from high school, and now studies medicine in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is the sixth out of a family of eight siblings, and her mother, Datin Seri Utama Anggraini bte Sentiyaki is mixed Indonesian, which is why Nadira considers both Malaysia and Indonesia her homes.
Her ambitions to be a doctor does not affect her love for music. She received her first break into the music industry when her mother’s best friend, Thata Joyce Sigar, who is also a well known artist, asked Nadira to record a song. She then became Nadira’s music producer after Nadira finished high school.
Currently she is spreading her wings to become a doctor and at the same time pursuing her passion as a singer. She recognises that this takes a lot of dedication. However, with hard work and her full attention, Nadira hopes to succeed.
