It’s a sad time for KPop and Shinee fans aka SHAWOLS as news of one of its group members, Kim Jong-Hyun or more known as Jonghyun sudden passing broke out.
The police has confirmed the cause of his death was by suicide from carbon monoxide poisoning due to burning coal briquettes in his apartment. It’s reported that he was found unconscious in his apartment and has passed away while on his way to the hospital.
What’s more heart wrenching is no one noticed the signs of his troubles especially on his last Instagram on 20th November where he posted a snippet of lyrics of the song, ‘Beside You’ from the group Dear Cloud. (Translations here.)
He captioned, “I pray that you aren’t hurting.” Now that post is filled with comments from fans in memory of Jonghyun.
Jong Hyun, thank you for your hard work and talent. May you rest in peace.
