Ahead of its official debut in Malaysia, the founder of JEMSA, ST Ang, a half Malaysian who based in Singapore, has brought her latest pieces of curated jewelry to Malaysia and showcased them to the local media for the first time. Media friends were given chance to try on the latest collection that she worked with over 15 Korean designers and suppliers.
ST, who left her high-paying corporate job and wanted to do something she really loved, with her friends’ encouragement, set up JEMSA from her passion in jewelry and her vision of sharing the jewelry pieces at affordable prices.
Since the launch in April 2015, Jemsa has received overwhelming response and sold a few thousand unit of fashion jewelry through its online-store, private viewing and pop-up events. ST revealed that, as part of its expansion plans, Jemsa is planning to participate in a pop-up space at Mid-Valley in December 2015.
