Corniche recently debuted its first and brands new mechanical watch, the Historique Automatic. Using materials like hesalite, Corniche managed to create a warm vintage aesthetic that’s impossible to replicate with any other crystal.
Add a tapered unpadded calf leather strap, a classic steel buckle and an old school slide-out box and that’s a textbook vintage watch that comes one hundred percent free of compromise. Reliably ticking away behind the screw down case back is the brand’s first ever mechanical movement, featuring a date complication and 42 hour power reserve from Miyota. The Historique might be a new watch, but it’s still been made the good old way.
The Historique has been started selling online and in selected retailers from November 7, 2017 at $525 / 4200 SEK including free worldwide shipping.
