Founded by Betty Anne Brohier, former Miss Malaysia-Miss Asia Pacific Quest 1983 with patronage from Puan Sri Sabrina Syed, GIVE Malaysia is an organization that aims to:
- Give hope with kindness
- Raises funds to help individual causes
- GIVE efforts to find solutions to the root causes by holding a monthly fund-raising event.
“What we do is find solutions to ease their worries and help reduce their burdens a little,” says Betty Anne of her endeavour.
Last Sunday afternoon, GIVE Malaysia Fashion Show was held in Shangri-La Hotel’s Lobby Lounge where well-known local designers such as Bill Keith, Bon Zainal, Kavita Sidhu, Khoon Hooi, Orson Liyu, Seherish Boutique, Suhara Jewel, and ART + VARIANTE by Leslie Variyan presented some of their latest collections to the guests.
Featuring former celebrity models, Tengku Azura, Carla Soong, Genevieve Sambhi, Peter Davis and more, with hair and makeup done by Orson Liyu himself and hosted by Bill Keith, proceeds from the show goes to charity.
At the end of the show, the organizers surprised Bill with a birthday cake to celebrate his birthday too!
