This year, H&M is ushering in the Chinese New year with a group of unique talents including Rising fashionista Lamuyangzi, award-winning Chinese women’s footballer Wang Shuang, Asian supermodel and singer David Yang, a member from an upcoming Chinese girl group “SiS” Veegee and the world’s hip-hop champion Xiao Jie together with his son, dedicating and bringing a uniquely different 2021 Chinese New Year campaign.
Taking inspirations from various beautiful stories of homecoming during the most important Chinese celebrations of the year, the new H&M 2021 Chinese New Year campaign film embodies a theme of “Connect All Differences” which echoes the authentic H&M’s brand DNA, advocating the heart-warming power of diversity and inclusiveness in a new way.
In the film, Veegee and David Yang took a brand new rendering of the classic song “You Got The Love” as the theme song and this aptly conveys the meaning of “Connect All Differences” with their soulful voices, marking a perfect highlight for the campaign.
