Dato’ Jovian Mandagie has collaborated with Indonesian-based designer, Ivan Gunawan to create a ready-to-wear (RTW) collection that embodies the friendship and their journey where they both started out as couturiers who shared the same compassion on creating luxurious, astounding and real ultimate dresses for the woman of the decades.
The Jovian Mandagie X Ivan Gunawan RTW collection is a wealth of modern-day glamour and soft looks that represent the signature roots and iconic character of each designer’s brand aesthetic with a twist of minimalism and delicacy.
“Ivan has been a great mentor, friend and source of inspiration to me in so many ways. This year it would be the perfect timing for us to produce a line together as our intricacy of creating couture pieces are well-known to others and we would like to implement it in these dresses,” said Dato’ Jovian Mandagie.

Giving you an effortless style this Raya, the collection uses subtly coloured printed and plain crepe in capes, mermaid cuts, ribbon bows, puffy bell-sleeves and pleats as to replace the usual heavy beadings.
