Twenty3 has been taking Malaysia’s online shopping scene by storm, first, with their customized bridesmaids’ dresses, fitness wear and now their 2 sub-brands, Sher and Lin has taken KLFWRTW 2016 by storm!
Both Sher and Lin’s latest collection were showcased during KLFWRTW 2016 held in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and ever since then, we were raving about the outfits! We picked a few looks from the collection that stood out for us.
It started off with the Sher collection called Under One Small Star.
Twenty3’s Sher girl is a fighter in no matter what she does. With that in mind, designers SoBu and Cheng combined experience at Khoon Hooi and Rick Owens and offered a sleek, dark, minimalist look with strong, sharp edges and modern beading.
Then Lin debuted its first collection dubbed, Where The Wild Things Are. Inspired by the curved lines and organic movements of the Art Nouveau period in the 1900s, and particularly from the Rozenburg Porcelain, depicting ethereal, stylised scenes of hand-drawn aviary birds and flora, as well as silhouettes of teapots, vases and teacups flowing with organic fluidity through a delicate, state-of-the-art embroidery technique. This collection is created by Vivien and Yen Yon, with inspirations taken at Mary Katrantzou and Leonardo Salinas, emphasising on digital prints, bright colors, feminine lace, and layered ruffles.
The collections will be available via the Twenty3 online store, as well as at its retail stores in Atria Shopping Gallery, Publika and Bangsar Village II. For more information, visit Twenty3.my .
