Levi’s has made a significant stride in Southeast Asia, opening its largest store to date in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Suria KLCC Mall. Spanning an impressive 4,239 square feet, this state-of-the-art retail space offers an unparalleled shopping experience that embodies the brand’s denim leadership, originality, and authenticity.
On September 10, Levi’s celebrated the grand opening with a star-studded event, graced by celebrities such as Daiyan Trisha, Hun Haqeem, Juwei Teoh, Azrel Ismail, Gaston Pong, Shalma Ainaa, Yaya Zahir and many more.
Guests were treated to a captivating performance by beatboxer Shawn Lee, followed by a dramatic reveal of the store’s stunning interior. Supermodel Tuti Noor highlighted the phrase “DENIM AUTHORITY” on a denim wall, setting the tone for the evening.
The runway show featured top local supermodels showcasing Levi’s Premium Collections, including Key Seasonal Looks, Levi’s Vintage Clothing, Made In Japan, and WellThread. Guests enjoyed interactive experiences like the Levi’s Denim Photowall, Glam-cam, and personalized denim tote bags from the Tailor Shop.
Located at Lot 346 and 346A on Level 3, the new Levi’s® store showcases a comprehensive range of premium and commercial products, catering to denim enthusiasts and casual shoppers alike. As the exclusive brick-and-mortar store in Malaysia for special collaboration pieces, customers can now access the full spectrum of premium collections, including Levi’s Vintage Clothing, Made In Japan, WellThread, Selvedge, and more.
The store’s exterior features giant LED screens that captivate shoppers from the moment they arrive. As customers enter, they are greeted by a spectacular LED portal arch that displays vibrant multimedia content, seamlessly integrating fashion with digital art.
The store’s interior is equally impressive, featuring an open, spacious, and light-filled design. With a massive browsing area, customers can explore the latest collections and discover unique pieces. The store also boasts an Exhibition Space for special launches and collections, a dedicated Tailor Shop offering personalization options, and a chic style lounge for relaxation.
One of the standout features of the store is its incorporation of Peranakan patterns, a nod to Malaysia’s rich local heritage. These intricate designs add a layer of cultural relevance to the store interior, cementing its identity as a truly Malaysian destination.
