Mercedes-Benz Malaysia concluded its fourth installation of the annual Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week KL 2022 (MBFWKL) themed, “Electrifying Sustainability”. MBFWKL 2022 was a resounding success yet again with some of the biggest and upcoming names in the local and regional fashion industry featuring designers such as Carven Ong, Justin Yap, Joe Chia and many more.
The MBFWKL 2022 was held at Zepp Kuala Lumpur and took place over three days from July 22 to July 24 in the heart of the city and attended by over 1,000 guests ranging from local designers, celebrities and socialites, fashion muses, key opinion leaders, alongside fashion-forward customers and fans of Mercedes-Benz.

Through our ‘Sensual Purity” designs and innovative technology, we want to create an emotional experience when it comes to luxury and sustainability.”
This year, five designers were handpicked and required to produce four set of original ready-to-wear looks and had to incorporate sustainability in their final collection where they were judged by a panel of renowned industry professional. The winner of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week KL 2022 Fashion Futures design competition will be sent for an all-expenses-paid trip to attend an international Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week event. Besides being able to mingle with renowned international designers, the winner will also be able to gain exposure and insights on the fashion industry.
