LOEWE, the renowned Spanish fashion house, has expanded its presence in Malaysia with the grand opening of its flagship store at The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur. The grand opening, held on January 31, was a star-studded event graced by Thai celebrities Tay Tawan Vihokratana and Thanaerng Kanyawee Songmuang, alongside prominent figures from the Malaysian fashion and entertainment scene, including Meerqeen, Hun Haqeem, Nadhir Nasar, Scha Alyahya, Jojo Goh and many more.
The new store, the largest LOEWE location in Malaysia, boasts a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout, offering a harmonious blend of contemporary and traditional influences. This reflects not only LOEWE’s Spanish heritage but also embraces the cosmopolitan spirit of Kuala Lumpur.
The store features a curated selection of ready-to-wear collections for both women and men, alongside a diverse range of accessories, including bags, shoes, jewelry, eyewear, and soft accessories.
Adding an artistic touch, the store showcases a hand-picked collection from LOEWE’s global anthology of art, craft, and sculpture. This includes four botanical sketches by British artist Eliot Hodgkin, a textured vase by ceramicist Ewan Henderson, a painting by Welsh artist Merlin James and the piece de resistance – a plate by Pablo Picasso, Visage Noir AR 39 (1948) gracing the store’s wall.
