Melissa + Jeremy Scott = Colorful & Fantastic Plastic Shoes
Brazilian plastic footwear brand, Melissa has collaborated with the renowned fashion designer, Jeremy Scott, to create new shoes collection. With the collaboration with Melissa, Jeremy Scott has created two signature styles of plastic shoes – an ankle boot and a mule, which he unveiled at his Spring/Summer 2016 fashion show at New York Fashion Week 2015 on September 14 afternoon (NY time).
Jeremy Scott‘s models were seen wearing the colorful mule shoes and fantastic plastic ankle boot on the runway at his Spring/Summer 2016 show. According to Scott, these shoes’ designs were derived from the concept of inflatable pool toys. Jeremy Scott has collaborated with huge brands through the years, such as Moschino and Adidas, and have amazing artist as his fans, like Miley Cyrus, Rihanna and Katy Perry.
The MELISSA INFLATABLE MULE + JEREMY SCOTT AD shoe will be instantly available in Melissa “Galeria” stores in New York, London and Sao Paolo on September 15, the day after their runway debut. The shoes will also be available at high fashion retailers worldwide, including Colette in Paris, 10 Corso Como in Milan, and Alchemist in Miami.
