CH Carolina Herrera released new bags, one inspired by powerful women and the other, a clutch that takes casual to an edge with its prints. Speaking of prints, the latest Wild Tartan Collection is a clash of tartan and animal prints which works harmoniously while keeping to CH Carolina Herrera’s brand.
Victoria Insignia Collection
Born to commemorate the 35th anniversary and to celebrate the achievements, the Victoria Insignia collection is a homage to tenacity, creativity, perseverance and a job well done which will remain relevant for years to come.
It comes in four designs and honours powerful women who have left their mark and have distinguished themselves through outstanding activity in their time. The Victoria Insignia collection honours Queen Victoria, one of the most influential women of her time and the seal with her figure that was the first in history issued by the United Kingdom in 1840.
Pure lines and meticulous craftsmanship highlight the impeccable hand-painted edging and the technique used to make the logo Insignia. In order to carry this out, a special material is applied using pressure through which the form arises inviting the subconscious to complete the image.
The excellent Ylang napa and Sabina leather from Spanish tanneries are those chosen to surround the collection in shades inspired by the color progression of the different stamps printed with the figure of Queen Victoria: ciel, desert, peony, magnolia and in the always indispensable CH red.
Wild Tartan Collection
The Animal print and classic Tartan check: two prominent prints in contemporary fashion which CH Carolina Herrera reinterprets and juxtaposes in order to create striking looks while still respecting the brand’s lines and codes.
Different printing techniques have been applied on materials such as silk, leather, mohair, wool or nylon, achieving amazingly intense results in both patterns. Iconic items such as shirt dresses or double-faced coats are paired with solid colours like black, camel or red, creating a fluid visual image where the boundaries between the two designs have been blurred.
The highlight of the collection is the Inro bag, designed for those who want to take risks and make an impact while staying casual and comfortable.
