The 89th Academy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles yesterday morning at Malaysia time, with Emma Stone winning her first Oscar for best actress, Casey Affleck scooping the award for best actor and “Moonlight” won the best picture after “La La Land” was incorrectly named.
Aside from the awkward moment where the best picture winner was wrongly announced, another highlight of the night was definitely the celebrities’ looks on red carpet.
