adidas Originals and Pharrell Williams first signature shoe, Tennis Hu, is making a comeback in four new seasonal colours for their second drop. Inspired by Stan Smith, an Adidas classic, the new models received a funky fresh makeover with breathable Primeknit upper that sits atop a textured, midsole finished with an Equality logo heel patch and reflexology-inspired inserts.
Two iterations, Teal and Tan, feature psychedelic marble-look EVA soles for lightweight cushioning while the other two, Frozen Yellow and Blue contrast pristine white waffle soles with multicolour Primeknit yarn. Synthetic suede is applied to the heel while neoprene lined the tongue, finished with perforated 3-stripes and adidas by Pharrell Williams graphic sockliner. The vibrant colour palette this time around samples ’80s performance footwear, injecting striking texture to the lineup.
