Last week, guests were treated to PLAine X Pearly Wong Spring/Summer 2017 fashion show which showcased their latest collections at Zebra Square, Kuala Lumpur.
PLAine is makeup artist, Laine Wong‘s fashion label and her first collection, The Inception gave a great entrance into the fashion scene. Just like the name of her brand, the collection may seem ‘plain’ at first glance but the fabrics and cuts is what gave it life.

Early this year, fashion designer Pearly Wong showcased her Spring/Summer 2016 collection during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin and this time, Malaysia gets to witness her Spring/Summer 2017 collection called ‘Catch Me If You Can’.
With a colour palette consisting of muted pastel blue, black, grey and a ‘by the ocean’ print, this collection made us feel like jetsetting to somewhere far away so that nobody can catch us.
