PUMA releases a new addition to its technical speed series – the Speed 600 IGNITE 2, available for both men and women, is a lightweight runner with three-punch combination of new technologies that will improve one’s running performance.

The Speed 600 IGNITE 2’s midsole features IGNITE, PUMA’s superior cushioning PU foam formula that disperses impact forces while providing optimal responsiveness and energy return. An engineered forefoot Propulsion Zone in the outsole propels you forward, generating more speed through the toe-off phase, while EverFit+ locks your foot onto the shoe’s platform to secure a smooth fit and a secure ride.

A molded EVA Supreme sock liner gives you a long lasting mold for instant step in comfort. The first phase of a smooth ride. PUMA’s EverTrack+ technology is injected blown rubber that is 43% lighter, making the shoe weigh 295 grams, and has enhanced cushioning and durability for a smoother toe-off.

The Speed 600 IGNITE 2 Women’s is PUMA’s pinnacle women specific performance running shoe. The new engineered mesh is designed specifically for women providing breathability and support without impeding the bunion zone area; all in a lightweight package of only 240 grams. The women specific last contours the female foot that allows for a wider forefoot fit and a narrower heel to create a superb fit. The high-rebound, women specific sock liner provides arch support to accommodate the biomechanics of the female body to allow for a smooth transition. The external, asymmetrical heel counter provides heel support to lock down the ankle with additional medial support.

The Speed 600 IGNITE 2 is now available at all PUMA stores and will retail at RM549.
