Founded by two beach lovers from our beautiful tropical Malaysia, Charlie and Ling, their endless struggle to find the perfect beach vacay essentials are what brought them to create Summer Dream together with a team of artisans.
The philosophy behind Summer Dream is to be Fun & Vibrant! Just like their neon coloured beach totes and our personal favourite, the rainbow tote!
For this season, Summer Dream bringing a modern take to the traditional Anyaman work (weaving) by bringing in bright pops of colours and a trendy design. Traditionally, one of the most popular materials used to create the totes is Bamboo, but it tends to break/crack when the item is stored in cold countries so they decided to substitute it with PVC for better durability.
The classic tote series are handmade by a tribe from the rainforest of Borneo. With every purchase of their summer bags, the proceeds will be contributed to helping the tribe in their social needs.
Of course, you can’t forget to protect your head from those harsh UV rays so these beach hats are a great addition to complete your beach vacay look. We say go glam with the wide-brimmed hat, the bigger the better!
