Tiffany & Co. has officially opened its doors to a stunning new store at The Exchange TRX in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Designed by renowned architect Peter Marino, the store’s façade features hammered panels, blending artistry and craftsmanship to create a timeless elegance that reflects the brand’s heritage and modern design ethos. This marks the first of three Tiffany & Co. stores in Asia to feature Marino’s designs.
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by bespoke fresco walls, each panel is finely crafted to offer a harmonious yet distinctive aesthetic. Inspired by the New York City skyline, luxurious gold stripes adorn the walls, paying homage to Tiffany’s Art Deco heritage. The store’s interior is illuminated by hand-cut sapphire blue crystal chandeliers, casting a radiant glow over Tiffany’s iconic collections and diamond designs, including Tiffany High Jewelry, Love and Engagement, Icons, and Home & Accessories.
The store also features a unique blend of luxury and artistry, with Tiffany-branded artworks displayed throughout. These artworks, recreated from vintage advertisements using Computer Generated Imagery (CGI), highlight the brilliance of the diamonds against a backdrop of enchanting blue hues.
Two private enclaves offer an intimate shopping experience, with each salon featuring bespoke artworks by renowned artists, including German artist Caspar Jansen and acclaimed photographer Jason Schmidt.
To celebrate the store’s opening, Tiffany & Co. hosted a star-studded party on March 1st, attended by celebrities and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including the brand’s newly appointed Thai House Ambassador Win Metawin and popular celebrities like Marion Caunter, Meerqeen, Scha Alyahya, and more, all adorned in iconic pieces from the brand.
