Marvel movie “Doctor Strange” is a story of world-famous neurosurgeon Dr. Stephen Strange (played by British actor Benedict Cumberbatch) whose life changes forever after a car accident robs him of the use of his hands. When traditional medicine fails him, Strange is forced to look for healing in a mysterious enclave known as Kamar-Taj. Before long, Strange, armed with newly acquired magical powers, is forced to choose whether to return to his life of fortune and status or leave it all behind to defend the world as the most powerful sorcerer in existence.
One of the highlights in the movie is a timepiece that Strange wears. Strange, who is an avid watch collector, he can be seen wearing a unique Jaeger‑LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Perpetual watch engraved with a love message:
‘Time will tell you how much I love you’ Christine.
When the Jaeger‑LeCoultre Master Ultra-Thin Perpetual first made an appearance in 2013, the timepiece gained instant popularity, mainly because of its stainless steel case that measures at 39 mm, makes this an ideal dress watch for collectors. Renowned for its full perpetual calendar function, the watch is certainly a classic and elegant example of Jaeger–LeCoultre expertise.
