Michael Kors recently shared with Vogue a few rules that his muse lives by and basically personifies the type of woman his Fall 2016 collection is designed for – a jet-setting bombshell.

She always looks fresh
A Michael Kors girl carries her beauty bag with her everywhere she goes, because she wants to look refreshed and is always going to have some bronzer with her to keep her looking healthy, some fabulous neutral lipstick, and her fragrance with her. Those are the three essentials in her bag no matter where she’s going.
Leave your eye makeup untouched
“I think there’s actually something about letting your eye makeup smudge”. You apply it in the beginning of the day and you just leave it be.
Keep yourself smelling fresh
A Michael Kors girl knows that her fragrance is an accessory, she doesn’t shy away from her fragrance. She wears it loud, and proud, and doesn’t shy away from her signature scent.
Balancing your makeup
If you have heavy makeup, the rest of your face is bare. Or if you have a coloured lip, the eyes are bare. “I think there’s always this tug-of-war that makes anything I do seem very Michael Kors. You can wear the most extravagant beaded trousers with a sweatshirt.”
G is for Gold
“Gold is a recurring theme in everything I do.” Michael Kors believes Gold is a transformer, and once you have the right outfit and accessories on, you have an extra spring in your step. “It’s optimistic, it’s fun, and it’s glamorous”.
