Ladies and gents, heads-up! The hugely successful nightclub Le Noir in Singapore, will be opening its first overseas expansion right here in Kuala Lumpur’s hottest new entertainment district, Trec in late April 2016.
The 8,000 sq ft haven will be housed within Trec’s stylish ‘Hive’ area. Located at Jalan Tun Razak, Trec promises to rival Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong district and Shanghai’s Xin Tan Di.
Standing at three storeys, the luxurious nightspot promises to be stunning on every level and will feature a live music and acoustic area, DJ lounge and rooftop bar. Highly-revered chef, Fazil Shahreen, will create a ‘light bite’ style menu, which will be served across all levels alongside a curated cocktail list from award-winning mixologists.
Grammy-award winning Keithen Carter will seamlessly manage the venue’s sound and music schedule – bringing top quality international acts and fresh upcoming talent from Southeast Asia.
What can you look forward to?
The first floor will feature a live band stage and DJ booth, along with a 12m sweeping bar and 15m state-of-the art curved LED wall. Featuring a partially covered terrace, the ground floor will offer the ultimate al-fresco music experience.
The second floor will house a 3,000 sq ft club-lounge, along with a 1,000 sq ft LED-lined ceiling that promises to emphasise the beats, luxurious VIP areas and a spectacular view of the Petronas towers. This floor will feature the cream of international DJs, who will spin house and eclectic beats.
The third floor will be a dedicated roof terrace and bar with a scenic 360° view of the city’s skyline. Food and drinks will be served whilst guests kick back in comfortable sofas. The rooftop bar will also be available for corporate bookings.
With no expense spared for Le Noir’s music programme, the venue will be the first in Malaysia to feature a custom-made Dare audio system specially flown in from UK.
Le Noir KL will be led by techopreneur turned nightlife guru, Mark Brimblecombe, who is the co-founder of Le Noir and Attica in Singapore – founded in 2007 and 2004 respectively.
