After showcasing 10 inspiring women of all time few days ago, we have shortlisted a list of eight inspiring fit ladies who are bringing their own take on fitness and health to social media.
These Malaysian women have not only inspired us to exercise and eat healthy but also to practice loving your body.
Nana Al Haleq
Nana or @nanaalhaleq, as she is known by her 143.8k followers, is a fitness model and motivator. Her Instagram feed is filled with pictures from her workouts, fitness tips and of course, amazing photos of herself and her toned physique.
Joanna Soh
Joanna is no stranger to the Malaysian YouTube scene. She is a qualified personal trainer and she films her preparation of delicious healthy recipes and workout videos, so you can follow suit and exercise with her in your own home.
Atilia Haron
With a successful singing and broadways acting under her belt, Atilia has added another achievement in her name – yoga instructor. She opened her own chain of yoga studios Yogaonethatiwant four years ago. To-date, she has eight studios and also gives yoga talks and seminars for corporate and regular clients and conducts classes every weekend.
Sherlyn Tan
Some of you may know her as the founder of Twenty3 Fashion. Personally, she’s also an avid fan of exercise and healthy living. A quick scroll through her Instagram feed is enough to inspire you to eat healthy and exercise. She regularly posts workouts of the day, exercise challenges, and tips on how to be more comfortable in your own skin.
Anuja Ananthan
The one of half of the Anathan twins is not just a pretty face. Her incredible flexibility and upper body strength does not cease to amaze. As someone who practices yoga, she uploads pictures of herself in various poses.

The incredibly fit dance artist Suhaili Micheline is a professional ballerina and also one of the Brand Ambassadors of Under Armour Malaysia. Her light-hearted Instagram documents her actively lifestyle including all the time she spends at the gym and dance studio.
Linora Low
Known for being the bubbly MIX FM radio announcer, Linora Low also happens to be a fitness enthusiast who posts easy gym workouts that are great for both beginners and pros. She also gives followers an inside look at her favourite healthy meals.
