2016 will be a good year to travel! Why? According to the list of of public holidays for 2016 released by the Cabinet Division of the Prime Minister’s Department, there will be eight long weekends in 2016, and by taking a day off, you can enjoy an extra one weekend which in total give you up to 31 days of holidays in 2016!
Nine (9) Long Weekends in 2016
The nine long weekends in 2016 will occur on Chinese New Year, Labour Day, Hari Raya Puasa, Hari Raya Haji, Awal Muharram, Deepavali, Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday and Christmas Day, as follow:
