Cure the post-holiday blues at Botanica + Co, a popular nook nestled cozily in Bangsar South with the Weekend Roast, a special menu available from July to September on the first weekend of every month, a MUST for meat lovers and if you love fries, they’re introducing the first ever Botanica French Fries Week!
Commencing the first roast on 8 & 9 July and with the helm of the Head Chef at Botanica, Chef Sam Neoh, the Weekend Roast menu will feature 5 traditional roasts bearing the restaurant’s brand of wholesomeness, with 2 different selections featured each month. Choose from the Baby Chicken Roast, Roast of BBQ Lamb Rack, Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb, Slow-Roasted Beef Rump, and Smoked Ribeye Roast.
In celebration of the International French Fries Day on July 13th, Botanica is launching the Botanica French Fries (BFF) Week from 8 to 16 July, featuring curated options of your favourite snack in an assortment of shapes and sizes, from shoestring and skin-on to curly and criss-cross. With the BFF week, every day is Fry-day as the menu will be available every evening from 5pm onwards at Botanica Deli. French fries aficionados will rejoice as the menu includes two categories of fries, regular fries and Chef’s Fries (from RM11 – RM17). The Chef’s Fries is Botanica’s spin on the loaded fries, with accented aromatic flavours such as Kimchi, Mushroom, Chilli, as well as Chilli & Cheese. Accompanied by an array of sauces and spice blends such as Miso & Sesame, Chipotle Citrus, and Ginger & Garlic or opt for classics such as the Spicy Hot and the Smoky BBQ.
For the more culinary adventurous, BFF Week will introduce the signature Botanica mix, along with the Bocosan mix – offering diners a sneak peek into the flavours of the upcoming Japanese restaurant of the same name. Fry fans can choose to have the condiments tossed or served on the side as Botanica and Bocosan mix will be available in both sauce and spice blends.
