1. 1st course – Roasted Potato Consommé with Wild Mushrooms, Truffle Crumbs and Poached Egg
2. 2nd course – Pumpkin and Prawn with Cream Cheese Mousse
3. 3rd course – Duck Breast with Blueberry Compote and Braised Purple Cabbage
4. 3 snacks – Turkey skin with festive garnish, blini ‘taco’ with salmon gravlax and horseradish caviar, clarified bloody mary shooters
5. Dessert – Bread & butter pudding with rum & raisin
6. Christmas cocktail (RM28+) – Tanqueray 10 gin, Cointreau, Earl Grey, chili padi honey, lemon, cinnamon, cranberries
The one-day only Deuce’s Christmas dinner is only available from 6 pm to midnight on 24 Dec 2017. Standard menu is not available on Christmas eve.
