Get ready for a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration at IOI City Mall Putrajaya! On December 31st, the mall is hosting a massive countdown party, featuring live performances, interactive entertainment, a variety of food trucks, and a dazzling fireworks display to welcome 2025.
A Night of Non-Stop Entertainment
Festivities begin at 5 PM at Symphony East with an outdoor movie screening and a selection of food trucks. From 6 PM, roaming performers like LED jugglers, magicians, and violinists will entertain guests of all ages. A pyro artist and fire eater will add some heat to the evening at 7 PM.
Interactive Fun and Local Talent Take Center Stage
At 7:30 PM, the energetic Keanu Azman takes over as host, kicking off an interactive segment. Renowned violinist Dennis Lau will open the musical performances, followed by an appearance from the beloved Oga & Friends mascots. Dinda Dania, the voice behind the popular theme song ‘Sayangi Dunia Kita’, will perform the song and other musical numbers. The lineup also includes performances by Shahrul Kamal and Scha Nuril. The event will also feature a spotlight on the new drama series “Curang Tanpa Niat,” starring Mira Filzah, Shukri Yahya, and Sharifah Sakinah. Wani Kayrie and Nadeera Zaini will then take the stage with electrifying performances.
Astro’s MeleTOP Countdown Concert Headlines the Night
The highlight of the evening is Astro’s MeleTOP Countdown Concert, starting at 10 PM. Hosted by Nabil, Hawa, and Namie, the concert will feature a star-studded lineup including Aina Abdul, Shila Amzah, William So Wing Hong (Hong Kong Canto-pop sensation), Dato’ Ramli Sarip, Noraniza Idris, Naqiu Mohd, Ayda Jebat, Drama Band, Shiha Zikir, Khai Bahar, and Bunga Isme. This impressive roster promises a diverse and exciting evening of music and entertainment.
Fireworks at Midnight
As midnight approaches, the celebration will culminate in a breathtaking 10-minute fireworks display, marking the official arrival of 2025.
